R&M Presents Check to Hospice Savannah

R&M was very happy to present a check for $500 to Hospice Savannah this morning. They received the most selections in our "Spirit of Giving" Facebook survey. From left to right: Debra Anthony Larson, CEO/President, and Megan M. Kerley, Vice President, both of Hospice Savannah, Ted Robertson and Lisa Markowitz-Kitchens partners at Robertson & Markowitz Advertising and PR. Safe Shelter of Savannah and America's Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia also received checks for $100 each. We thank them for participating! And thanks again to everyone who voted!

As we near the end of 2011, we at R&M would like to take a moment to thank you all for an amazing and adventurous year. Throughout this year, we faced challenges, found new strengths and grew our company and services. During this festive season, we would like to wish you all a happy and safe holiday season. We can’t wait to bring in 2012 with each and every one of you! Just a reminder that our office will be closed starting at 12:00 noon Friday, December 23, 2011 and will reopen at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, January 2, 2012. Also, please be sure to take our “Spirit of Giving” survey and help us decide which charity will receive $500.

R&M Holds "Spirit of Giving" Charity Facebook Promotion

They say it’s better to give than to receive, and Robertson & Markowitz invites you to help us help someone else this holiday season. Simply visit our Facebook page and take our “Spirit of Giving” survey, which allows you to select one of the following local charities: Second Harvest of Coastal Georgia, SAFE Shelter Savannah, Hospice Savannah. The charity with the most selections will receive $500; the two additional charities will receive $100 each. We encourage you to participate and share with your friends! We will announce the charity with the most selections when we return to the office after the New Year.

The Enmark Savannah River Bridge Run is this Saturday, and it looks like it’s going to be another sell-out! R&M handlesthe public relations for the run, and it’s always one of our favorite events to be involved in. One of the most popular sports events in Savannah, the race continues to grow substantially as this year’s cap increased to a record 6,000 runners. It’s pretty easy to see why this is such a popular event. I mean, who wouldn’t want to say they conquered a two-mile, 196 feet high bridge on foot? To everyone running, walking or crawling over the bridge on Saturday (especially our brave employees), we wish you good luck!
